SamspEL arena är mötesplatsen för utveckling inom elsystem. Arenan samlar aktuell forskning och pilotprojekt och ger en plattform för att forskare, näringsliv och beslutsfattare att tillsammans vidareutveckla och diskutera lösningar för framtidens elsystem.

Du kan delta i SamspEL arena på två sätt: 1. Presenter eller 2. Discusser. Läs mer om vad du får ut av de två deltagartyperna under Viktig information längre ned på sidan.

Seminariet riktar sig till dig som arbetar på elnätsbolag, forskningsinstitut, kommun, myndighet eller annan verksamhet med intresse av teknik, tjänster och samhällsvetenskaplig forskning för ett smartare elsystem. Du behöver inte vara involverad i ett projekt som tillhör SamspEL för att delta.

Några presentationer kommer att vara på svenska och några på engelska.

SamspEL arena är del av forsknings- och innovationsprogrammet SamspEL som samlar Energimyndighetens insatser på elsystemområdet. Seminariet arrangeras av Power Circle på uppdrag av Energimyndigheten.

SamspEL arena is the meeting place for development of the electric grid. The arena provides new research and pilots providing a platform for researchers, companies and decision makers to together develop and discuss the solutions for the electric grid for the future.

You can participate in the arena in two different ways: 1. Presenter or 2. Discusser. More information in the Important information section below.

The seminar is for you working at a energy company, research institute, municipality, authority or other business with an interest in technology, services and social science research for a smarter electric grid. You don't need to be involved in any SamspEL project in order to participate.

Some presentations will be held in Swedish, others in English.

SamspEL arena is part of the research and innovation program SamspEL that gathers the funding for electric systems from the Swedish Energy Agency. The seminar is organized by Power Circle for the Swedish Energy Agency.

Viktig information

Programmet uppdateras löpande men du är välkommen att säkra din plats redan nu.

Seminariet är kostnadsfritt men vid utebliven närvaro kan en avgift på 500 kr komma att tas ut. Avregistrering som görs fram till och med den 15 maj kl. 17:00 är kostnadsfri. Därefter går det bra att överlåta sin plats till en kollega, skicka i så fall ett mail med namn på dig och din kollega till info@powercircle.org

Deltagartyper:

Presentera (intresseanmälan): Du får presentera (del av) ditt projekt på 10 minuter inför en publik bestående av elnätsbolag, forskningsinstitut, kommun, myndighet eller andra aktörer. Därtill tar du fram 2-3 diskussionsfrågor relaterat ditt projekt. Din presentation följs av diskussion där två mindre grupper kommer att diskutera ditt projekt. Att presentera sitt projekt på SamspEL arena är ett bra sätt att pröva sina antaganden och få relevanta inspel från en intresserad referensgrupp. OBS! För att ni ska få presentera ert projekt krävs att ni anmäler minst två personer från samma projekt som kan agera samtalsledare i varsin parallell diskussionsgrupp.
Diskutera: Du lyssnar till samtliga projektpresentationer och deltar sen aktivt i de diskussioner som just du är intresserad av. Då vi delar upp oss i mindre grupper finns goda möjligheter att ställa frågor direkt till projektledare som är på plats och diskutera dina inspel till pågående utvecklingsprojekt.

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att skapa ett bra program utifrån de projekt som anmäler sig. Anmäl dig tidigt för att öka dina chanser att få presentera.

Important information

The seminar is free of charge - but we might charge no-shows with a 500 SEK fee. Unregister before the 15th of may 5 pm to avoid no-show fee. After that day you could let your seat for a colleague, please inform info@powercircle.org.

Ways to participate

Presenter: You get to present your project in 10 minutes to an audience of grid companies, research institutes, muncipalities, authorities etc. You should prepare 2-3 discussion questions related to your project. Presenting at SamspEL arena is a good way to test your assumptions and get feedback from an interested and diverse reference group. Please observe: You must sign up at least 2 people from the same company so that you can participate in two parallell discussionsgroups around your questions.
Discusser: You get to listen to all project presentations and thereafter you participate actively in the discussions that you are interested in. When dividing in the smaller discussion groups you get a good chance to ask your questions to the project managers and contribute with your feedback and perspective to ongoing R&D projects.

We reserve the right to set up a relevant program formed by the projects signing up as Presenters. Show your interest early in order to increase your chances to present.
